About Farmi Studios

Farmi Studios was founded in 2024 as a passion project between close friends. What began as a creative outlet quickly evolved into a mission: to turn years of corporate experience and deep gaming love into something meaningful.

Our debut game, Office Life, has been over 15 years in the making. Born from decades spent inside organizations—watching patterns, alliances, motivations, and unspoken rules repeat—we realized that climbing the corporate ladder isn’t just strategy, it’s gameplay. The written and unwritten dynamics of the workplace inspired us to build a simulation where players can explore, learn, and master those soft skills through play.

We’re perfectionists, geeks, and gamers by nature—not by intention—and we’re building the kind of game we wish we had growing up: one that entertains and teaches how the real world works.
